Ingo Raschka is a trans animator from New York City. She works primarily with 2D animation techniques. She grew up making YouTube videos and watching loops on sites like ytmnd.com and newgrounds.

 

She graduated CalArts in 2017 with a BFA in Character Animation and now lives and works in New York as an art therapy assistant, doing animation freelance on the side.

Ingo has worked as a character designer for lazor wulf on adult swim, a freelance character designer for a Cartoon Network pilot, animated for Ask the Storybots on Netflix,freelanced rough animation for a Louis Vuitton show in Shanghai and just finished rough animation for a BBC short.
