In this course designer and artist Trevor Knapp Jones (Disney), will introduce you to the digital art workflow, and digital techniques you can use to take your art to the next level. Students will learn the fundamentals of design and color (shape, line, tone, color theory), and how to apply them in a digital art work flow. We will also be going over skills specific to the digital workflow, like creating brushes, using textures, and how to make your art on the computer feel less like it was made on a computer. Students will do exercises and assignments to reinforce these techniques throughout the class, culminating in a final project that will showcase what they have learned in the class.
